RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day policy for lost items, which means you have 30 days after your expected delivery date to contact us about an issue with your letter.

To be eligible, please provide your proof of purchase (order confirmation email). As our letters are handcrafted and personalised, we are unable to accept returns of physical letters once dispatched.

Non-returnable items As each letter is a personalised, handcrafted item, we cannot accept physical returns. Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable once the corresponding letter has been dispatched.

Subscription cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period- you will not be charged for the following month.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your first purchase, for any reason and without justification, provided your first letter has not yet been dispatched.

Refunds If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process this. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at oldparkletters@gmail.com.
