Welcome to Old Park Letters! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Old Park Letters. Old Park Letters operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Old Park Letters is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

Old Park Letters offers handcrafted letter subscriptions, each telling a unique story delivered monthly to your letterbox. Individual letters are created by hand and may vary slightly in appearance, finish, and presentation -this is part of their charm. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products will meet your expectations or be identical to any depiction in our store. All product descriptions are subject to change at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any subscription title at any time.

SECTION 3 - SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

When you subscribe, you are making an offer to purchase a recurring monthly subscription. Old Park Letters reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your subscription is not accepted until confirmed and payment is processed.

Subscription billing: Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You will be charged your selected plan rate (UK £9.99 / EU £11.99 / International £14.99) on your monthly billing date.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged for the following month. To cancel, log into your account or contact us at oldparkletters@gmail.com.

Letters from Tessa: Letters from Tessa is a complete six-part story. We recommend subscribing from the beginning to enjoy the full narrative experience.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information and to promptly update it as needed.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Letters are sent from the UK by untracked post. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery depending on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Services, including text, images, graphics, and designs, is owned by Old Park Letters or its licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Old Park Letters's names, logos, and product names are trademarks of Old Park Letters. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided access to third-party tools as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control. Such tools are provided "as is" without any warranties. Use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Old Park Letters is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Old Park Letters. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Old Park Letters. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with Old Park Letters.

By submitting feedback, ideas, or reviews, you grant Old Park Letters a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for any purpose. You represent that you own all rights to any feedback submitted.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, OLD PARK LETTERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Old Park Letters, Shopify, and their affiliates from any losses, damages, or claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and Old Park Letters consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes in accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
