SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your Old Park Letters subscription at any time.

How to cancel: Log into your account and manage your subscription, or contact us at oldparkletters@gmail.com.

When cancellation takes effect: Cancellations are processed at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month, but no partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.

Letters already dispatched: As each letter is handcrafted and personalised, we are unable to refund letters that have already been sent.

EU cooling-off period: If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your first purchase, provided your first letter has not yet been dispatched.

End of story: Letters from Tessa is a six-part story. Your subscription will end after your sixth letter unless you choose to cancel earlier.
